So Delicious Dark Chocolate Truffle Cashew Ice Cream

In these last days of summer, it’s still hot enough to make certain that ice cream is a staple of our summer diet. And so, after devouring a good many ice-cream bars all summer, we decided to sample one of the many So Delicious cashew-milk ice creams by the pint.

We chose Dark Chocolate Truffle. We chose well.

This cashew-milk ice cream is creamy and smooth, rich and decadent. The chocolate is divine, and there are little chocolate nibs among the creaminess of the ice cream. This would go well with any dessert (brownies or vanilla cake, for example), but it’s also more than satisfying on its own, and will appeal to omnivores as well as vegans. Enjoy while it’s still hot out (though it will be just as delicious in the winter).
