So Delicious Peanut Butter & Raspberry Oatmilk Ice Cream

It was delightful to discover this oatmilk ice cream from So Delicious at our local grocery. There are several flavors (including oatmeal cookie and caramel apple crumble), and we began with peanut butter and raspberry.

The flavor at first sounded a bit unconventional … but what’s not to like about peanut butter and jelly? And this turned out to be an amazing flavor. The ice cream is thick, creamy, and perfectly textured. The peanut butter and vanilla is a great combo on its own, but with swirls of raspberry — both sweet and tart at once — it’s sublime.

We’d highly recommend this flavor for all ice-cream lovers; those who like classic flavors and those who are a bit more adventurous. It’s extremely tasty. (On a side note, we tried it with vegan hot chocolate sauce, and highly recommend this addition to an already great taste.)
