What a JOY to find this coconut whipped cream at Trader Joe’s.
This whipped cream is a perfect topping for everything from ice cream to waffles (or, to be sprayed directly into the mouth). Made with coconut cream, it does have a hint of coconut flavor (which is fine with us but may not be for everyone), though a couple of our loyal tasters didn’t taste the coconut at all. And we certainly haven’t found a richer, fluffier, tastier vegan whipped cream out there … try it and see what you think!
