As the heat rises, so does our ice-cream consumption. And, to our delight, we’re always finding new vegan items to try. The latest, a cashew-milk vanilla from So Delicious, is lovely.
While its texture is ever-so-slightly icier than the So Delicious oatmilk version, or the super-creamy Oatly, it has a nice flavor — not quite as vanilla-beany as So Delicious’s oatmilk version but still yummy enough to enjoy plain.
As usual, even a fantastic vanilla ice cream is made better with toppings, and we especially enjoyed this one with these vegan M&Ms.
