Kite Hill Mushroom Ravioli

If you read our post on Kite Hill’s Spinach Ricotta Ravioli, you know we love and recommend this cheesy pasta dish. We’re finally getting around to reviewing Kite Hill’s equally delicious mushroom ravioli.

This we found in the freezer section, but even frozen it took only about 6 minutes until it was done. The pasta was al dente, and the mushroom filling has a bit of ricotta (though not as much as the spinach and ricotta; it’s a bit denser with more mushrooms).

We enjoyed this with a marinara sauce and Violife Shaved Parmesan, and highly recommend it. Each package serves two (definitely not the 2.5 persons the nutrition label indicates), and makes a lovely quick, easy pasta meal.
